Damian Isbister and Tom Boland were the founders of High St Hero, Tom divested in mid 2018 and was merged as a separate business unit into the ICWPL entity. Damian is the CEO and is supported by a capable team in Geelong and by an Advisory Board of Anthony Latimer (senior corporate lawyer) and Jason Rudy ( ex CEO of Catch of the Day) and is chaired by Sean Rothsey.
