MDS Financial Services Ltd has announced the issue of $1,320,000 of new capital raised for MDS by Merkin Group Company BoxRED Pty Ltd as Lead Manager by way of 66,000,000 new shares to be listed on the ASX.

The new issue announcement, and application for the quotation of 66,000,000 additional securities (being 66,000,000 shares and 66,000,000 attaching options which are unlisted) and Agreement with the Australia Securities Exchange pursuant to Listing Rules 2.7, 3.10.3, 3.10.4 and 3.10.5 was lodged with the Australian Securities Exchange today.
