Merkin Advisory Ltd operated in Hong Kong from 2015 to 9 October 2019 as a Hong Kong company involved in bespoke senior recruitment and investment  banking and was  subject to the Labour Ordinances of Hong Kong and was  fully licensed by The Labour Department of the HK SAR Government.

Owing to the civil unrest and commercial uncertainty surrounding Hong Kong Merkin Advisory Ltd ceased operations in Hong Kong on 9 October 2019 .

Merkin Advisory Pty Ltd (an Australia company) now services the APAC area from Australia and Ireland.
