Batteries

Our batteries are covered by a 6-month prorated limited warranty.

The warranty period for repaired batteries is based on the original purchase date.

The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or misuse, normal wear, or water damage. Ensure that you use a quality surge protector in a well ventilated area when charging your battery.

Only quality batteries with quality management system componentry are used and you can expect both a long riding life and a long working life of our batteries.

Parts & Components

All original bike’s parts & components are covered by the limited warranty.

Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear of any covered component.
• Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included.
• Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, housing, grips, chain, and spokes).

• Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the e-bike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.

For the avoidance of doubt we will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorised service or use of unauthorised parts.

We don’t hide behind our warranty.Our bikes are quality and we are fanatical about our customer’s experience and the reputation of our brand.We will always be fair.
